  3. What is it? • A much-improved web gateway for access to Herald, the University E-mail system OUCS Course Code ZAE 1 March 2004

  4. Why the upgrade? • User feedback requested many changes • Interface was out-dated and hard to use • Needed to be more intuitive and in line with other Webmail systems • Increasing volumes of E-mail (and SPAM) called for more advanced handling tools. OUCS Course Code ZAE 1 March 2004
