  3. What’s New at Berkeley New Initiatives: • New Chancellor: Chancellor Nicholas B. Dirks • Lower Sproul redevelopment project breaks ground • Cal Student Central "one-stop shop" launched Financial Aid: • Middle Class Access Plan (MCAP) sets a 15% cap on parental contributions for families with total annual income between $80K and $140K Admissions: • Sign up for counselor news and information on the new LinkedIn site for counselors at: admissions.berkeley.edu/counselor
