Each user account can apply their own customized views for each module • The general tab allows the user to change grid colors and identify whether to show the Data Saved message box. These changes apply to all modules. • User Preferences • Changes made to “Other” Column Titles, and QuickStats effect all users • Grid columns may be customized for each module 1.0-18-ISUITE-EP

  22. DATABASE ADMIN Formally known as the Admin Tool, this module is used to manage the database • The Database Admin Module is accessed through the “Module” menu on the main toolbar • Action buttons • Connection Information 1.0-22-ISUITE-EP

DATABASE ADMIN Cont.User Management • There are two levels of users, Admin (server rights) and I-Suite (database rights) • A user name and password must be established for users • Views/permissions may be customized for each user account • Users can be exported from and imported into a Database. 1.0-23-ISUITE-EP
