  2. REQUISITOS LEGALES • SER MAYOR DE EDAD • TITULO DE MEDICO CIRUJANO EXPEDIDO POR UNA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA RECONOCIDA • PERMISO PARA EL EJERCICIO DE LA PRACTICA MEDICA (PATENTE O CÉDULA PROFESIONAL) • CÉDULA DE ESPECIALISTA.

  3. ANTECEDENTES • CAMBIO EN LA RELACION MEDICO PACIENTE • PATRÓN TRADICIONAL JERÁRQUICO: Yo mando tu obedeces. Implicación paternalista. • PATRÓN CONTEMPORÁNEO: Modelo humanista Cliente – Proveedor. Implicación comercial. • Acceso a información. • Cultura de la demanda. • Lucro.

  4. DERECHOS DE PACIENTES Art. 51 L.G.S. • Atención oportuna y de calidad idónea. • Trato respetuoso y digno. • Personal de salud profesional, ético y responsable.

  6. DELITOS DE BATA • Delito: Es la ACCIÓN u OMISION que sancionan las leyes penales. • Acción típica, antijurídica, culpable y punible. • Doloso y Culposo. • Instantáneo, permanente, continuado.
