  11. moveon conference 2007 • moveon Conference 2007 • Date and location: 28/29 June, University Bonn, Germany • Conference theme: “The effect of the Lifelong Learning Programme on the daily workflow in the International Office.” The main emphasis will be on how electronic processes can support the daily management of the International Office in the context of new mobility activities. • Participants: expected are more than 200 managers and staff member of International Offices from all the countries in which moveon is currently being used.

Results of moveonnet pre- workshops • Aims of the two pre-workshops: • learn more about the main topics of the project and define a basis for the further discussions at the European workshop in Bologna • 12 IRO staff members from 11 German institutions participated in Stuttgart. • 11 IRO staff members from 5 French Institutions participated in Paris • A brainstorming about the three electronic procedures took place: • > e-Nomination: Electronic procedure for the nomination of exchange students • > e-Agreements: Electronic procedure for the edition of exchange agreements • > e-Transcripts: Electronic procedure for exchange of curriculum data of exchange students
