  2. School readiness to accept DCP packages • Status of on-going deployment of DCP packages in recipient schools and • Survey on the utilization, performance and status of DCP Packages in recipient schools

  3. (With NO ON-GOING deployment of ICT Packages) Update/validate all the school readiness checklists of schools for future reference on the deployment of DCP packages

  4. (With ON-GOING deployment of ICT Packages) Monitor/validate recipient schools’ readiness before delivery of DCP packages • Oversee the delivery of packages and ensure their completeness • Raise issues/concerns such as incomplete delivery, items delivered are different from those indicated in the DR among others encountered during deployment with the Supplier

  5. Ensure that acceptance documents (DRs and IARs, Training Checklist) are in order before, during and after deployment/installation

  6. Total # of DCP Recipients Batch 35 – 20 schools Batch 36 - 152 schools Batch 40 – 324 schools Batch 41 - 28 schools Batch 42 – 155 schools Batch 44 - 16 schools

Nielsen Survey • DCP Tablets are for students use only (Batch 44) • DCP issues and concerns (prepare for the Certification required) • Submission of Reports (IAR, DR, checklist of training) • Recovery Disks available in all schools (provide the SDO IT Section of the duplicate/recopied in DVD) • Disposition of the DCP facilities • DCP not found to be in-order (penalty/sanction)
