The need in the world today is overwhelming.  Poverty, famine, drought, floods, wars, violence, death, abuse – not to mention the hundreds of souls dying daily without Jesus.  There is however no need to feel helpless in making a difference.  God has given us an amazing tool to reach the ends of the earth for His glory – prayer! You have hands, feet, a voice and resources to make a difference to those around you - and prayer to reach the ends of the earth.  Be the difference in a lost and dying world! Get on your knees and PRAY! The following prayer points can be applied to daily world news events, global people groups and various geographic locations.   2. Your prayers... advance the Kingdom. INcontext Ministries Our Father in heaven,hallowed be your name,your kingdom come,your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven Matthew 6:9-10 Pray that God will be glorified and His will be done, even when we don’t understand or agree with the circumstances.   3. Your prayers... may be their only hope. INcontext Ministries Give us today our daily bread Matthew 6:11 Pray for Gods provision. Get On Your Knees

  4. Your prayers... bring forgiveness & hope. INcontext Ministries And forgive us our debts,as we also have forgiven our debtors. Matthew 6:12 Pray for repentance and forgiveness. Pray that those who have been harmed may display forgiveness to their persecutors. Get On Your Knees

  5. Your prayers... may be their only chance. INcontext Ministries Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” Luke 23:34 Pray for repentance and forgiveness And when [the Holy Spirit] comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment. Matthew 6:13 Pray for believers to stand strong and not to be lured away by comforts and temptations. Pray for the persecuted, that they may stand strong in times of hardship. Get On Your Knees
