London Performance • London’s CPA scores have improved significantly since 2002 • The performance of London’s councils compares well with top tier authorities in the rest of the country, especially on ‘Direction of Travel’ • London boroughs are the highest performing type of council • Customer satisfaction in London is above the national average, but there is still a wide range; London’s customer satisfaction is rising, bucking the national trend • London’s performance shows clear trends around individual CPA blocks • London compares badly with the rest of the country on the CPA environment block • London compares badly with the rest of the country on the CPA culture block • London’s scores on the CPA housing block are now in line with the national average • London compares well with the rest of the country on the CPA use of resources block
