Ingredients: 2 Halibut Portions 2tbsp Butter 2tbsp Chopped Parsley 1tbsp Fresh Dill Chopped Salt Freshly Ground Pepper 1 Clove Garlic crushed 1 Red Onion finely chopped ½ Cup Chopped Mushrooms ½ Cup White Wine ½ Cup Chicken Stock 8oz Tomato Ketchup Dash of Worcestershire Sauce Method: Heat the water oven to 140°F. Rinse the fish and pat dry. Place in a vacuum bag with 1tbsp butter, chopped parsley, dill, salt and pepper. Seal tightly and place in water oven for one hour. Meanwhile make
