Cover page mayinclude

• name ofHEI

• name ofprogramme,

• degree awarded,

• short description ofprogramme,

• start ofprocedure,

• date ofprovidingthedocuments(SAR etc),

• date ofsitevisit,

• organization of programme ( part time,fulltime,resp. full time equivalent),

• first start,

• earlier evaluations,


Requirements forreport

(including drafts!)

• comprehensive, but avoid unnecessaryinformation

• evidence--‐based

• clear, readablestyle

• neatformatting


Introduction(Cover page)may include

• student intakecapacity,

• number ofrecentbeginners,

• number ofcreditpoints,

• hours percreditpoint,

• recommended decision,

• recommended conditions,

• names ofchairpersonofexperts

(including theirspecialties/provenience)


Requirements for the report

•Eachcriterionshouldbediscussed

(if applicableforHEI)

•Eachstatementmustbebasedon

qualitative/quantitativedata,factual

information

• Eachareashouldbeassessed

(positive/negative)

factual mistakesin10days;

–10daysafter institution’s remarks.
