PARTNER COUNTRY PACKAGE (continued) (3) B2B – MATCHMAKING EVENT in separate meeting room (free of charge) • Coordination by Agoria (lead) and the 3 regions • Local Partners: 1) BVITG (Bundesverband Gezundheits IT) / German health IT association) 2) ZVEI (Zentralverband Elektrotechnik und Elektronikindustrie / German Electrical & Electronic Manufacturers’ Association) • General introduction of BVITG and ZVEI , followed by B2B (4) NETWORKING & OTHER OFFICIAL ACTIVITIES • BELGIAN CONTRIBUTION TO CONHIT OPENING PARTY ON TUE APRIL 9th • BELGIAN HAPPY HOUR (with German guests) ON WED APRIL 10th • COCKTAIL RECEPTION AT THE BELGIAN EMBASSY ON THU APRIL 11th (Belgian exhibitors + German guests and partners) • VIP Presence : to be confirmed (*)

Company Package Deal Conditions: • Only CONHIT Exhibitors will get the full package deal as described above ; • Non e-health companies may be allowed to join the company / site visits

Tentative Programme CONHIT 2013 • MON, APRIL 8th : Arrival and Buildup • TUE, APRIL 9th: AM CONHIT Opening Ceremony & VIP Tour All day : Conference 9am-1pm, Exhibition 11am-6pm PM Conhit Opening Party , sponsored by the 3 regions • WED, APRIL 10th: AM: Conference Slot for Agoria & the 3 regions (topics TBC) All day : Conference 9am-1pm, Exhibition 11am-6pm PM Belgian Happy Hour (at the booth) • THU, APRIL 11th : AM 9-12am : B2B / matchmaking event with BVITG & ZVEI All day: Conference 9am-1pm, Exhibition 11am-6pm PM Dismantling ; Cocktail Reception at Belgian Embassy • FRI, APRIL 12th : All day : Berlin company (site) visits ; Return to Belgium

Practical details : how to register ? • CONHIT 2013 (Belgium Partner Country) will be jointly organised by Agoria, FIT (Flanders), Awex (Wallonia) and BIE (Brussels) • The 3 regions will launch their own prospection : • Flemish companies are requested to register through Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT), Mrs Bea Kestens, bea.kestens@fitagency.be, T 32 2 504 88 38 • Walloon companies are requested to register through AWEX, Mr Quentin Derzelle, q.derzelle@awex.be, T 32 2 421 87 09 • Brussels companies are requested to register through BIE (Brussels Invest & Export), Mr Ghislain Breydel, gbreydel@mrbc.irisnet.be T 32 2 800 40 84 • All Conhit Exhibitors will be offered the full “package deal” (exhibition , conference, and side activities) ; Fee : TBC (travel expenses not included) • CONHIT REGISTRATION DEADLINE : OCT 31, 2012
