  1. QuickSuite VIP-QuickSuite: A Collection of tools designed to adjust to solve your company needs.

  3. VIP-OCM Framework consists of Six Stages. Each stage has resources and tools to help you to succeed in your Organizational initiative. Organizational Change Management

  4. Each Stage has a description, goals and tools to use. Tools are assessments, surveys, communication, dashboards, etc. With the OCM-Dashboard you can track how well the Change is being accepted in your organization. Organizational Change Management

  5. With the Learning module, you can create courses and assign them to users or allow users to self-register. You can also set courses to be recurrent, by invitation only, mandatory for new users, etc. Users see their assigned/selected training, already accredited courses and all available courses. A course can be composed of different elements: • Details (course syllabus and other information) • Documents (simulations, animations, self-paced presentations, manuals, etc.) • Assessments • Progress (view own progress and score) • Classroom (online/virtual classroom) • Forum (discussion) • Students (for instructors, to view the general progress, add students, administrative tasks, etc.) • The learning system is SCORM compliance to track progress and score.   7. The Learning system comes with some default reports. In addition, a message can be automatically sent to a supervisor when a supervisee registers or completes a course. Custom reports can be created to meet all type of needs. Learning Management System

  12. Comments (Developer, Manager, Client) • Track record of each action (i.e., upload file, accept/reject file, publish) and comments by user • Includes time stamp of action PMO

  14. Newsletters Newsletters can be delivered within the system and/or to external email addresses. Use your own template or we can create one for you with your branding scheme. Similarly, you can manage the content or we can do it for you! You can have different templates for the same content and use based on your campaign needs. Design Manage the distribution list(s). Import email addresses in batches or individually, group them in one or more sets, schedule when to send the newsletter. Option to automatically send newsletter when adding new users.   17. Digital Signage Communicate dynamic messages with updated information across your facilities. Tailor messages to each location with relevant information as activities, weather, importance messages, reminders, etc. The content is scheduled in the cloud and delivered to any digital media player with internet connection. Uses multiple types of media: images, video, TV feed, Flash, HTML5, etc. News

  18. You can add events/reminders to the Calendar. Also, the Calendar is populated based on your assigned activities from other modules; for instance task deadlines from the PMO, training (LMS), take a survey, etc. You can also sync it with your other calendars (e.g., Google, Apple, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc.) Calendar

The Messaging system works like a web-mail system and is integrated with the different modules to get notifications, instant messages from others users, communications, results, etc. Messages can be grouped by project, user, or type to facilitate following the conversations. As a corporation or project leader, the Message System allows you to audit any conversation. Messages

  20. Corporate Social and micro blogging are other channels of communication and collaboration among colleagues within the corporation. Users can share progress in their activities, ask for help or opinion, etc. In addition, it is another channel for corporate communication as well as project updates. Social

  21. Design your Survey, Distribute it internally and/or externally, then Analyze the data. The Survey tool allows you to create different types of questions (open answer, multiple selection, score, etc.). Once you have created a Survey, you can distribute it based on distribution lists, or to individual email addresses. You can setup the time in which the survey is valid, among other configurations. As people answers your Survey, you can start analyzing the data with a collection of statistical tools available as part of VIP-QuickSuite. Survey

  22. Reduce the time spent on projects by using Collaboration. Based on Social media, the Collaboration module eliminates the time spent reading through chains of emails, missing emails, etc. In the Feed you can view the comments from everyone, you can add/remove users, create polls, track changes, share documents and view the final outcome.
