(BOB) STUBBS II 1922-2002 World War II, U.S. Marine Corps (Lt Col, JAG) Veteran, also a novelist "Under the Gun", prolific legal author, Emory Professor of Law (60s-70s), and Executive Assistant Attorney General of the State of Georgia (70s-80s). His widow is the Honorable Kipling L. McVay-Stubbs.
