  23. GEOSS Vision "The vision for GEOSS is to realize a future wherein decisions and actions for the benefit of humankind are informed via coordinated, comprehensive and sustained Earth observations and information."

Aims To promote data accessibility and interoperability for earth observations To promote interagency, intergovernmental, and interdisciplinary collaboration To encourage shared infrastructure To inform the decision makers what needs to be done to realize the vision, and to build the political will to make it happen.
