  2. Short Note on Pain • Pain in body telling you that something that triggers unpleasant and discomfort . More often than not, you may have some idea about the underlying cause behind it. • Pain when it comes suddenly, and persist for longer than usual, or just seems different, it calls you for medical attention. Pain can be on different types, due to their different location and intensity in the body such as •  Chest pain • Back pain • Severe head pain • Sharp pain in your side • Abdominal pain with gas or bloating • Leg pain with swelling.

Dose of Ultram should require medical consideration and nature of pain in the patient. • Do not take overdose of this medication to get rid from any unwanted effect in the body. • Side effects of Ultram that may normally occur in patient are constipation, lightheadedness, dizziness, drowsiness, Nausea and vomiting. • These side effects of Ultram may be decreases when you exempt from the treatment.

Dose adjustment of Ultram is required in the patient having problem of liver and kidney problem. It may cause constipation, and to avoid this eat diet that is adequate in fiber, drink plenty of water, and exercise. • Over and over use of Ultram may cause drug abuse, it is therefore should be used judiciously. Pregnant and breastfeeding women may get harmful effect of this drug, so it needs to be avoided. • Do not give this drug to children who are less than 16 years. Do not share this medicine to anyone. Combination of few drugs may leads to harmful effect such as MAO inhibitors and antidepressant.
