Our bespoke machines and systems are all carefully thought out and planned to deliver and exceed our Customers specific individual requirements, with value and reliability being paramount throughout. Our flexibility allows us to offer a wide variety of construction styles and methods of operation to supplement or enhance existing process equipment. A complete dairy high volume bottle handling installation covering three floor levels, consisting of conveyors, automatic interface and merge units with remote controlled size adjustment for rapid changeover within the product range. A mobile stainless steel heated vessel with integral control system exclusively developed for softening, storing and maintaining the temperature of butter to enable precise mixing with other ingredients for dispensing on to potato and similar vegetable products. A specially designed RF tagging system for high value cheese to automatically monitor production and curing times with the tag itself developed to provide the ultimate in hygiene and security along with minimum product intrusion . A lid pick and place mechanism specifically developed for a cheese dip product accommodating revised packaging specifications. Improved features were also incorporated to provide additional reliability, operating and maintenance benefits. A sectional fabricated stainless steel support structure for milk bottles and cartons incorporating multiple width adjustment mechanisms operated from a single point with integral ladders and platforms for all round access. A fully automated handling system for eggs combining linear and rotary actuators fitted with the very latest pneumatically operated gripper with the ability to adapt to shape variations whilst at the same time maintaining a sensitive hold on the fragile product.
