  1. Our Creative Services team is looking for a Copy Associate, for our Chadwick’s brand, that is highly motivated, energetic and has a passion for fashion.  In this role, you will ensure that all printed material, including catalogs, package inserts, collateral pieces and web copy, is consistent and accurate.  You will coordinate and compile all revisions to catalog, collateral and web copy.  You are responsible for proofing the copy.  You need the ability to decipher Product Manager’s corrections and “weave” them into the copy for a cohesive, consistent voice.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  • Assist copywriting staff with catalog and web copy production to ensure that all copy is accurate, consistent with legal guidelines and adheres to specific brand standards. • Assist copywriters and coordinators with the proofing and compiling of Product Manager’s revisions of all clearance books. • Assist copywriters with writing (as needed) of catalog and web copy. • Work closely with brand project coordinators to complete all projects on time and within budget constraints. • Maintain the overall copy guidebook. • Build copy binders of each catalog (grid sheets, layouts, manuscript) as well as maintain binders of homepages, emails and landing pages. • Update and alert the copywriters regarding reasons for blue line corrections and other late changes.  • Assist copywriting staff with collateral/marketing copy production to ensure that all copy is accurate, and consistent within legal guidelines and adheres to specific brand standards. • Compile and maintain binders of all covers and collateral material for each brand. • Assist copywriters with writing (as needed) of collateral/promotional copy.
