Monsieur DUVAL, votre responsable vous confie la gestion des stocks de café selon la méthode du COUT MOYEN UNITAIRE PONDERE EN FIN DE PERIODE. A Carrefour l’évaluation du stock se fait tous les 8 jours. D’après le document 1, complétez la fiche de stock du Café Grand Noir, référence 876 CDA DOCUMENT 1
