Adolescents should engage in physical activity for at least 30 minutes on 5 or more of the previous 7 days. Increase the proportion of children who participate in daily school physical education. Increase proportion of children and adolescents who view television 2 or fewer hours per day.

    3. Skill-related Components of Physical Fitness Definition: Those which help a person perform motor tasks (tasks involving motion) such as sports, games, recreational, and everyday activities at home, school or work.
