FACTS • Greece is among the top investors in Serbia today • Greek companies are operating on the Serbian market, mainly in the fields of telecommunication, banking/finance, tourism, properties, textile industry, metals, food industry and agriculture • The Greek companies are currently employing over 25.000 people, and their investments are over € 2 billion

MISSION & GOALS • Hellenic Business Association was established in 2004 and already its members count more than 50% of all Greek companies operating in Serbia • HBA members joined the Association in order to have a strong body to represent them in front of key stakeholders: • Serbian Government • Other foreign business associations active on the market • (AMCHAM, FIC, Austrian Chamber of Commerce, German • BA, French BA, etc.) • Media

THE MAIN TASKS OF HELLENIC BUSINESS ASSOCIATION • Broaden and encourage potential Greek investors to come and venture into the strategic market of the Balkans • Support Greek newcomers interested in investing in Serbia through (positive) experience modus operandi • Encourage Serbian investors to expand their business in Greece, by offering its business contacts and regional expertise • Target towards bringing the Greek and Serbian market and investors closer, and to give Greek companies a chance to operate in safe and structured investment environment

  4. BOARD OF DIRECTORS • After the elections on February 26th, 2008, the new Board of Directors are: • Vasileios Ntertilis – President • Christos Tsemberas – Vice President / Cashier • Nikolaos Karakostas – Director • Ioannis Nikolopoulos – Member • Stavros Ioannou – Member

TO ACHIEVE THE AFOREMENTIONED HBA ENDEAVORS TO • Promote HBA and its members as strong representative profile with an outstanding size/impact in Serbia • Endorse/promote Greek business practices and its success in the region • Establish strong ties with Greek Embassy and Serbian authorities • Establish strong ties with other foreign investment associations and Serbian companies • Advocate and support the reform process as a valuable institution • Leverage inputs, knowledge and feedback from its members
