Some: Calculate the cost of insurance and fuel for each person over 3 years and the second hand sale value of a vehicle after 3 years.

Your task • You will be working in pairs • You will need to use the booklet provided to help you: • Choose a character and then choose their car • Work out the cost of buying the new car. • Over a three year period: • Identify the total cost of road tax for the vehicle • Calculate how much it would cost your character to insure their car over the period • Calculate the total cost of fuel for your character/vehicle combination • Work out how much the car will be worth to sell on after three years. • Work out the total cost to your character over a three year period.
