  4. Good food Fruit and veggies help us be strong. Milk, cheese, and yogurt are good for us to eat . Watch out for junk food!

  5. Foods The grain group gives us energy. Vegetables give us fiber to help us digest food. Milk Group foods provide calcium that helps build strong bones and teeth. Meat Group foods help build strong muscles. Foods in this group provide protein and iron.
