  1. The Role of HR during COVID 19 Outbreak The COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the world and disrupted people's ways of living, working and doing business. People across the globe work from home to stay safe from rising danger. The crisis forces every company to create, adapt or enhance remote jobs policies and processes If not handled well, miscommunications, performance gaps, low morale, and organization-wide negativity can occur. Human resources remain at the frontline in this scenario and help the organization move forward. HR professionals are responsible for keeping employees on track and taking on leadership role. They can align the organization, communicate and enable the workforce with the right tools. A HR professional’s main goal is to make sure that everyone feels safe and that the concerns are heard. Here are a few ways that human resources experts should navigate during the COVID-19 crisis: Keep on regular communication: HR leaders will help promote upward and downward coordination in such a difficult environment, and bring accountability around the organization. They can take the following into account:  Who can serve as the primary voice for the strategic response? Who will keep workers updated in response to changes? What process can it be if an employee gets infected? What tools and resources can the employees provide? Where can employees express their safety concerns? Open up to flexible jobs policies: Many of the organizations pursue the mandate of working from home to ensure their employees are safe. Organizations along with HRs should research tools and software that are easy to use to track employee performance and work. It is important that you have easy access to video conferencing, email technologies and chat. Stress up doing something fun: Some changes can be the best way to keep them motivated regarding employee engagement. It can be of great benefit to emphasize the fun events. Organizing online training and quizzes weekly may also help employees stay engaged while learning and growing more. These can increase participation and encourage interest and enthusiasm on the part of employees. HR will give this thought to holding employee engagement higher. As workers participate in these practices, they continue to perform much better. Proper communication support and coaching: Supporting the managers also is essential for the organization. To keep their teams going they should be fitted with appropriate equipment and training modules. Most of the people have never before experienced these situations; HR should provide the necessary support.
