  • 16th Amendment - The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

  • Article I. Sec. 9. Par 7 - No money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.

  • Definition of Earmark - In US politics, an earmark is a congressional provision that directs approved funds to be spent on specific projects or that directs specific exemptions from taxes or mandated fees.

  • 10% on all sport fishing equipment

  • 10% on firearms, 11% on ammunition

  • $1.01 per pack of cigarettes

  • $3.60 per person transported by boat
