Cardinale, RIPD-T., su Rotary, Settembre 2012) “ una moltitudine di rotariani ….. soffre il Rotary della contemporaneità ……non riesce ad integrarsi con gli indirizzi della dirigenza centrale, ……vive come un condizionamento operativo - per le diversità culturali e quindi interpretative - le normative emanate dalle nomenclature centrali ….in particolare dove si è consolidata un’immagine fondata sulla solidità dei valori culturali e sullo sviluppo elitario dell’Associazione coglie una “criticità strutturale” connessa alla progressiva articolazione dell’assetto associativo Pietro Pasini , PDG, District 2070 COL 2013 Representative

AngottiIDIR-SeFRPisa, Ottobre 2012 • Alcune proposte : • Aumento di 1$ ogni anno della quota associativa pro capite dal 2014/15 al 2016/17 • ( dai 27$ a semestre nel 2014/15 ai 28$ a semestre nel 2016/17) ( proposto dal Board) • 2)Ridurre del 30% le quote per i Soci con meno di 35 e più di 70 anni • 3)Ridurre o azzerare le quote per i Soci dei territori colpiti da calamità • 4) Stabilire quote pro capite addizionali per ridurre il costo dell’iscrizione alle Conventions • 5) Portare da 4 a 2 le riunioni mensili • 6) Aumentare da 4 a 6 le riunioni che si possono annullare nell’annata • 7) Ammettere Soci giovani, alumni, in periodo sabbatico indefinito, “stay-at-home” • 8) In caso di divisione di un Club in due la Carta originaria resti unica Pietro Pasini,PDG, COL 2013 District 2070 Representative
