Body image refers to the view you have on your own body and how you feel about it.Feeling bad about your body can result in negative affects such as severe self esteem issues.While on the other hand feeling good about your body image can have good affects like good self esteem resulting in you being happier with your role in society.” Body Image and Self Concept

  4. This factor is basically your body determines what sport you will be best suited for. We are bound to our bodies and we cannot change that. For example, if I was short and fat, basketball would not be suited for me. This debate is whether athletes are 'born' or 'made'. Genetic predisposition to exercise, sport and physical activity
