  2. TIPOS DE DISTRIBUCIÓN EN PLANTA. 1° método Análisis de Recorrido: Departamentos continuos en línea recta. Se considera el flujo que siempre sigue una línea recta o puede ser U o L. Problema:

  3. N = Jaba = pz/jaba Producción anual = Y pz/año

  4. MA = (300 X 1 + 160 X 2) / 460 = 1.3 MB = (160 X1 + 60 X 3 + 300 X 4) / 520 = 3.0 MC = 2.5 MD = 5.0 ME = 5.8 MF = 3.2

  6. Disposición de planta en base a fijar distancias La planta mejor dispuesta es la que tiene menor distancias. Lo que nos interesa es que mayor material avance en el proceso y que sea mínimo el material que regrese. Supuestos: Operaciones en línea recta áreas iguales Asumimos que el retroceso es el doble de aquel que avance. Como asumimos cual es la mejor disposición?
