  3. Review of MMIF SOP Action Point: Coordinate with OPE to make sure you receive: -Case change report -Case closure report -Expired medicals report -Request for re-medical (ad hoc)

Review of xMIF Exceptions • Do you want alien number to be mandatory? • No. But there should be a warning: • Accept  Warning log • Reject  Error log • Handling location exception (sub-locations, different spellings) • Will appear as warning and user selects which to import • Action Point: • List more exceptions, if any, and submit to MiMOSA team on 28-Jan-2010

Multiple Import of Same Case • What will be the impact on your process? • They will need log of updates on biodata and rules applied • Some already in the exceptions list (split, add on) • Action Point: Think about other problems that might affect your process. Deadline? • Cases in pipeline (Pending) • Kenya – 2000 minimum • Thailand – 1000 • Jordan – 100 • Iraq – 1500 • Nepal – 1500 • Attach photo to xMIF only if WRAPS status is MedReq? • For discussion • Will need to add warning when photo changes (i.e. attached again)

  6. Excel Output from xMIF (MEDREQ only) • Biodata -Name, Gender, DOB, Nationality • IDs - Alien No, UNCHR No. • Case Info -Case No., Case size, Case location, Case country location 4. Contact Info -Phone1, Phone2, Address, Email • X-ref fields • Travel requirements, Must travel by date

Parking Lot • Splitting address into smaller fields. • Hold alert date to be mission-specific (in Jira). • Separate re-medicals in Analyze This (to be done in web service). • Ad hoc reports – try to 1.) use Analyze This, 2.) get from backend, 3.) request from Manila • Display travel status Movement in Medical and vice versa. • Double counting in analyze this. • Additional fields: TST, BCG scar • Additional space for remarks • Automate sputum test dates 2 and 3 based on 1. Copy dates to culture • Update immunization schedule in mission-specific settings under new TB TI • Link to PDMS form on individual data entry screen • Add ‘PDMS needed’ to travel requirements lookup???
