  6. God created the universe and it was very good (Genesis 1:31). Adam and Eve chose the enemy’s lies over God and humanity was separated from God (Genesis 3). Through Christ humanity and God have been reconciled (1 Corinthians 5). God will recreate and bring earth back into harmony with Him (Revelation 21). Quick overview

  7. Here’s why I want to be a part of God’s new creation… Quick overview

  8. Because God wants me there

  9. Leviticus 26:12 – “I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people.” Luke 14:23 “Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and make them come in, so that my house will be full.” Because God wants me there

  10. 1 Corinthians 15:51, 52 – “Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. Because all will be changed

  11. What will be changed? Our bodies will become immortal. Our hearts will be healed (Galatians 5:16, 17; 1John 3:2). All will be changed, you don’t get in unless you are changed. Because all will be changed

  12. Because all will be changed

  13. Revelation 20:7 – “When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore… “ Because the war will be over

  14. Revelation 20:9 – “They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them…” Because the war will be over

  15. Revelation 20:10 - “And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” Because the war will be over

  16. A few things we must know: Everyone is given a choice (2 Peter 3:8; Revelation 16:9-11). This is not something God enjoys (Ezekiel 33:11; Isaiah 28:21). Old Yeller… Because the war will be over
