  2. ALPCS The Airport Land Project Certification System (ALPCS) is a web designed management tool and document management system designed to aid small & medium airports in their Acquisition and Relocation land need for FAA airport projects.

ALPCS • ALPCS IS: • Standardized documentation facility for FAA project manager acceptance of airport sponsor certification of Uniform Act compliance • Making the most of current technologies to facilitate and improve assistance to property owners and displaced persons and FAA oversight on FAA assisted projects • ALPCS IS NOT: • A substitute for program knowledge or training • A substitute for qualified and competent land acquisition and relocation professionals • Any reduction in service or assistance to property owners or displaced persons
