KMM-NoE (start date 1.11.2004): • „ …This Polish led NoE did an excellent job: • They have established a clear research roadmap (12 Research Tasks). • Also the fragmented PhD programmes are being integrated • They share infrastructure and databases. • Their Virtual Institute will be based on local Competence Centers • The legal form of their Virtual Institute will be a Research Association. • A clear organisational Road Map was shown with financial business plan • Financial durability is targeted via industry oriented research, training and membership fees and they foresee finances via paying clients. • They work after strict Quality Assessment procedures, both internal and external. • .... • We were very impressed with your work. • It was a pleasant surprise. • Congratulations!
