  5. DEVOIRS • HOMEWORK is a completion grade of 5 points per assignment. If a student is absent he/she may turn in late work for full credit.   6. EXAMENS • Becauseitisimperative to understand one concept in a foreignlanguagebeforemoving on to another, itwillbe possible to re-takemost tests for a maximum score of 85%. You will have to arrange do this on yourown time: before or afterschool or duringseminar. It maybenecessary to show evidence of studyingbeforebeingallowed to take the test.

  9. About Parents @ School . . . . This is an internet based program that allows parents to access their student’s attendance, grades, assignments, credit check sheet, student GPA and class rank, lunch balance and other information at any time. To register, go to www.smsd.org and click on “Parents”, then “Schools”. Find Northwest in the drop down box, then click on “Parents at School” from the list on the left side of the screen. BOOKMARK THIS PAGE! Click on the Registration button and complete the information requested. You may pick up your username and password in the NW Records Office beginning Aug. 13th. Be sure to bring a current picture ID. IF YOU HAVE HAD A Parent @ School USER ACCOUNT AT TRAILRIDGE or SMNW YOU CAN ACCESS SMNW PARENT @ SCHOOL WITH THAT PASSWORD AND USER ID. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN. IF you have a password and user ID from another student in your family you may add a student to that account by following the instructions within the PARENT @ SCHOOL program. You can also change your e-mail address. Each family should only have one Parent @ School account. REMINDER: Passwords and user ID’s are case sensitive. Please use UPPER CASE. If you have misplaced your password or ID please email Mrs. Stockton nwstockt@smsd.org or Mrs. Ramsey nwramsey@smsd.org in the Records office and we will send it back to you.
