People are Underserved • People want help • 57 million Americans have legal issues • 72% said lawyers are difficult to reach • 74% said they dread the though of talking to a lawyer • 72% said that most lawyers will try to take advantage of you • 9 out of 10 respondents said if cost were even more affordable they would seek legal help. • ABA study/survey showed: • Only 9% spoke with an attorney when they called • 32% of those who called never even spoke to a human; they only got voicemail • 42% of law firms took three or more days to respond to voicemail or online intake forms
