  2. HCL Technologies is conducting an interview for the post of a sales manager for their new branch. This conversation has been divided into 3 parts as follows: Basic interview questions Experience review 3) Salary negotiation

  3. Basic interview questions vocabulary Job profile: The required knowledge, experiences, skills, and personal traits necessary to perform a job satisfactorily. Career objective: A brief, concise statement of a targeted career goal. Attributes: A quality or feature. Possess: Have as a belonging; to own. Acknowledge: Accept or admit the existence or truth of. Expertise: Expert skill or knowledge in a particular field.

  4. Basic interview questions: How would you describe yourself? What is your greatest strength? What is your career objective? What is your expertise? What do you know about this company? Where do you see yourself 5 years from now? What applicable attributes/experience do you have? State three qualities that you possess that would suit your job profile.

  5. Experience review vocabulary Compensation: Something, typically money, awarded to someone as a recompense. Accomplishment: Something that has been achieved successfully. Remuneration: Money paid for work or a service. Expectations: An attitude of hope, anticipation. Assurance: A positive declaration intended to give confidence; a promise.

  6. Experience review questions: Tell us about your experience with your previous company. What were your starting and final levels of compensation? What major challenges and problems did you face? How did you handle them? What have you learned from your mistakes? What did you like or dislike about your previous job? What was the biggest accomplishment / failure in this position?

  7. Salary negotiation vocabulary Job Description:  Job responsibilities and qualifications set forth by a company regarding a particular position. Evaluation: Act of ascertaining or fixing the value or worth of. Negotiable: Open to discussion or modification. Incentives: A payment or concession to stimulate greater output. Firm job offer: Final offer for the job.

Is this a firm job offer?Is this negotiable?Is this base only?Will I get the offer in writing?What is the start date?How and when will I be evaluated, and will there be an increase on the basis of that evaluation? Please provide the details regarding benefits and incentives, when do they start? Negotiation questions
