  2. Office of the CIO The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will provide technology vision and leadership to NBDPA and serve as the key strategic advisor to the Executive Team. The CIO will assist in the direction, planning, implementation, and maintenance of information systems to support both distributed programmatic and centralized business operations and achieve more effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations. Key Deliverables Progress CIO transition from previous CIO - 70% Tools reviewing: Web Conferencing, Mobile App and Collaboration tools – 25% Review Web site and provide Assessment – 35% Propose adjustments to current CIO job description - 0% Complete Job Descriptions – 0% Assess Personnel Needs for CIO – 20% Found BDPA.org Security Compliance Reports – 100% CIO transition from previous CIO – February Assess BDPA tools & technical efficiencies, where applicable - Ongoing Review Your Membership Database & Web site. - March Propose adjustments to current CIO job description - March Complete job descriptions for members of IT Department using provided template - March Assess personnel needs for CIO Department – March Risks and Issues Next Actions • Managing YM database rights with least privilege. • Google Mail Main admin account needs to be reset-Locked out • YourMembership is discontinuing iPhone mobile app.. • Better efficiency with managing YM roles with least privilege. • Google Mail Main admin account needs to be reset-Locked out. • Complete job descriptions. • Formalize CIO team. • Meet with each area and listen to regarding technology needs.
