    And - PRINCIPAL APPLICANT’S WORK PERMIT IS VALID FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS

    Children going to Grade 1 or above need a Study Permit. It must be applied for before entering Canada.

  • All immigrant applications are submitted to Buffalo Regional Processing Centre (RPC)

  • RPC reviews file for completeness

  • Files transferred to partner offices

  • Receiving office then assumes all responsibility for the application until it is concluded
