  2. Introduction CFA exams are known as one of the most difficult exams among students. It has three levels where the first level can be attended in December or June, but level 2 and 3 are taken only in June. Every year, thousands of candidates prepare for the exam. Major subjects There are 10 important topics in the exam that include Ethics, Corporate Finance, Equity Investments, Quantitative Methods, Portfolio Management, Fixed Income Investments, Economics, Derivative and Alternative Investments, Financial Reporting and Analysis. Exam structure The time duration in CFA exams is 6 hours and contains 240 questions, which are divided into 2 sessions - 120 questions in the first session (morning) and 120 in the second (afternoon) session.
