PROJECT SUBMISSIONS • Departments submitted 77 projects valued at almost $200 million dollars • Wide range of projects such as new buses, IT modernization, facility upgrades, and security enhancements • Each department responsible for filling out a project score sheet for every capital submittal Foursquare ITP | HRT Capital Project Prioritization

PRIOTIZATION SCORING SYSTEM • Based on responses on project score sheets: • 40% of score based on quantifiable benefits • 40% of score based on qualitative benefits • 20% of score based on adherence to agency strategic goals and objectives • Scoring automated through Access database Foursquare ITP | HRT Capital Project Prioritization
