  4. 提供作者、關鍵字、書名、學校、主題、摘要、Publication Number等欄位可供選擇，並可搭配布林邏輯與年代做查詢。 • 檢索功能  進階檢索（Search-Advanced）

  5. 進階檢索-特殊檢索 3.主題索引（Subject ）

  6. 進階檢索-特殊檢索 4.學校索引（Schools）

  7. 檢索結果清單（Search Results） 提供前24頁預覽 記錄找到該篇論文的編號(此畫面不要關閉), 然後連線至數位化論文典藏聯盟做複本查核, 請看下頁…

  8. http://pqdd.sinica.edu.tw/twdaoapp/basic.html • 基本檢索 於“檢索詞”欄位鍵入由PQDT查得之論文編號, 例如 3024281, 再按搜尋即可

  9. 檢索結果（詳目） 若有找到該筆資料則表示已有單位訂購了,請開啟PQDT檢索畫面, 再次檢索. 若沒有則表示此筆論文尚未訂購, 請開啟之前的PQDT 檢索畫面, 將資料下載存檔後轉交圖書館訂購. 請看下頁…..

  10. 註記清單 例如此筆資料在數位聯盟中尚未訂購, 而欲下載資料給圖書館員訂購, 請於 方匡中點選一下即出現打勾狀態

  11. 清單存檔—Save as file 勾選完畢後，請點選「Save as file」 。

  12. 取得資料 -- Download 將File format，選成Text Only格式，存成txt檔
