  4. Process • Agile - prototype and test • 3 levels: partners, core group, wider group • Some top down input • Workshops with partner end users • Demos to core pilot group • Structured feedback via webforms • Updates to wider pilot group • Less structured feedback via email

  7. Challenges • Keeping everybody on board • Managing expectations • Reacting to very specific requests • Conflicts of demands • Mindset of waterfall vs agile

  8. Lessons • Good communication is vital • Share planning docs through Google etc. • Early training and demos really help • Document everything as you go • Keep it simple
