Complete your TRG Matching Grant application Download TRF application from website Search for document 141 Review TRF requirements to ensure your project complies Get Matching Grant DDF application form from District website Get all club signatures including Host club signatures Complete MG DDF application & submit as specified District WCS should reply within 2 weeks with DDF Complete application & get all club signatures including Host club signatures. Email copy of MG application (FAX or scan signature pages) to: Neil Swensrude - District Foundation Chair Steve Allan – District Governor They sign appropriate page and FAX back to you or send scanned page Send completed Grant application with ALL signatures to Garth Toombs, District Grants Subcommittee Chair for final signature.
