Long-term group work Target group: career starters / changers before the retraining programs Working method: 5 hours per day, 25-30 hours per week task focused group work Counselling background: rogersian, humanist Goal: facilitate the decision making process on choosing a new profession or choose additional training in the root profession Term: two to six months For example: young professional program for career starter (TIT, Ms. Miklós Rózsásné -Szombathely) School based counselling Target group: pupils, students Working method: built in curricula (one to four years long) Counselling background: rogersian school and teaching based Goal: facilitate the decision making process on choosing a secondary school or vocation as well as get into the higher education Hidden curricula: develop an independent and assertive personality / citizen Term: one to four school years (two class per week) For example: Secondary School Gödöllő, Tiszaparti Secondary and Vocational School, Szolnok Mr Tibor Bors Borbely (Hungary)www.taninfo.hu borsborbely@yahoo.com

(STC) Short-term trainings/ counselling • Job Club behaviourist counselling • Target group: unemployed • Working method: class training + mentorship • Counselling background: behaviourist • Goal: reach the capability for self-supporting job search • Term: one week training (approximately 25-30 hours) + two weeks to six months mentorship (if occasionally it is necessary) • For example: National Employment Service, Family Protection Offices of the Local Authorities (Has app. 20-22 clubs all around the country, dealing with 11-15 groups yearly, 10-14 group member each time.) • ‘Zuglo’ Family Protection Office, 14th district of Budapest • Capital City Job Club, Capital City Employment Service, Budapest Mr Tibor Bors Borbely (Hungary)www.taninfo.hu borsborbely@yahoo.com

Employment specialist, professional counsellors Target group: all walks of life, focused on unemployed, career starters, career changers, re-trained employees (before and after the vocational training) Working methods: - Group work (1 to 5 days) or / and - Individual counselling (3 to 30 hours) Counselling methods: focused on humanist approach, also use KABA type[1] soft skill development methodology Goal: develop professional personality, learn to decision-making, and raise coping capacity Term: 3 to 30 hours / client or 6 to 30 hours / group For example: (approximately 100-200 professionals countrywide) Party are engaged for National Employment Service, Family Protection Services, and couple of them are freelancers or work for international or national for-profit organisations.
