3.种群生命表调查(Population life table)

  微孢子虫对斜纹夜蛾实验种群有较好的控制作用,当浓度为105个/ mL,斜纹夜蛾幼虫存活率为0.56,蛹的羽化率为0.4533,产卵量下降率为0.9541,种群趋势指数达1.58,相对应干扰指数为0.0119;当浓度为106个/ mL时,部分蛹能羽化为成虫,但观察不到成虫产卵;当浓度为107个/ mL时,斜纹夜蛾发育不到化蛹,在幼虫期已全部死亡。


The microsporidium had good control effects on the population of Prodenia Litura . When the dose was 105 spores/mL, the survival rate of larvae was 0.56, emergence rate of the pupae was 0.4533, the decrease rate of adult fecundity was 0.9541, index of population trends decreased to 1.58, and the relevant IIPCwas 0.0119. When the dose was 106 spores/mL, though some adults emerged from the pupa stage, no oviposition was observed. When the dose was 107 spores/mL,the larvae never developed into pupae, as all were killed in larva stage.

采用均匀设计的方法研究了微孢子虫对斜纹夜蛾自然种群的控制作用。结果表明不同浓度和使用次数处理下斜纹夜蛾自然种群幼虫存活率为采用均匀设计的方法研究了微孢子虫对斜纹夜蛾自然种群的控制作用。结果表明不同浓度和使用次数处理下斜纹夜蛾自然种群幼虫存活率为6%~13%,比对照降低了74%~52%。其中,106 /ml浓度施用1次和2次的效果最好,其次为105/ml浓度施用3次。


建立了斜纹夜蛾强病原性微孢子虫使用后对斜纹夜蛾种群的干扰作用控制指数(建立了斜纹夜蛾强病原性微孢子虫使用后对斜纹夜蛾种群的干扰作用控制指数(Y)与使用浓度(A)、使用次数(B)间的回归模型:Y=0.9620-0.0426A-0.0455A×B,经拟合后以使用浓度为1×106个/mL,施用3次的组合效果最好,干扰作用控制指数达到0.0152。
