  8. Performance OverviewHighlights & Lowlights Positive • Samsung – won ex PH to EMEA Ocean door to door service. Approx. 50 FEUs/month • Motorola EMS – won all Air inbound from APAC into PEN. Approx. 20 tons/month • Sony – won Airfreight ex ICN to various destination. Approx. 5,000 tons/year with estimated revenue of 10mil Euro • Epson – won Global Airfreight RFQ as one of the preferred forwarders. Volume & size of award still being finalized • Tyco – won 9,000 sq ft warehousing in India for Tyco Fire Suppression & Building Products (TFS&BP) • Pacific Sunwear – won 8 origins Air outbound to ORD for Feb and Mar.2010. Approx 40 tons from all origins within these two months • Liz Claiborne – won sea/air service outbound from SGN, JKT and PNH since Mar.2010. Approx 20 tons/month/origin • Tommy Hilfiger – won Air outbound ex AMS to JFK from last RFQ, effective from mid-Mar.2010. Small volume as trail order first • Limited Brand – we gained extra 20% air-freight allocation increase for Hong Kong, and some new origins included Manila (50%), Korea (100%), Colombia (100%), Morocco (100%), Austria (100%). Besides, we won two performance awards. 1) Best on-time lane performance & 2) Agility award • ABB – Won ABB NEU MED IMA RFQ 2010 (Got China Nomination). Ocean FCL ex EMEA to China. Approx 600 TEUs per annual. Air Freight ex EMEA to China. Approx 350 tons per annual • Apple – GAR10 APAC and HKG-AMER/EMEA signed. Beijing Retail Store Construction Awarded, edging out KN and CEVA. China domestic trucking. Work in progress with 1st meeting completed in SHA. Rates have been shared and now pending 2nd meeting in SHA to wrap up details prior to trial shipments. Star Ferry project. Work in progress to propose transportation plans ex SIN Hub, SHA and SZX OEMs into retail store in HKG. Aggressive TAT is required. • HP – Chongqing MCD VMI hub for export production has been awarded to DB Schenker without RFQ. HP is also looking at having Schenker to manage the VMI material transfer from SHA to CKG during the ramp up phase, while the physical warehouse for VMI is not ready by 1 Oct. A charter service is being arranged by HP directly with carrier, and a 24 hours transfer service from PVG to CKG is required. Complexity lies in the customs clearance between SHA and CKG. Negative • Esprit – terminated the ocean business for China and Hong Kong because of our selling rate
