  2. Yale Mendelson is a 27 years old man. He was born and raised in Morgantown, WV, home of the West Virginia University Mountaineers. He is currently residing in Hoboken, NJ since January 2018.

  3. To report adverse events linked with Mylan’s brand of clozapine, Yale Mendelson did case processing with the Oracle Adverse Event Reporting System database by means of reports obtained from Clozapine Prescription Access System (CPAS).

  4. Yale Mendelson served a private compounding pharmacy in new territory in North Central West Virginia. In addition to it, he worked as the Sales Representative at the Rx Medical Compounding for almost 4 months.

  5. Yale Mendelson outperformed while working as the Product Safety and Risk Management Intern from July 2013 till May 2014. He managed and supervised the Periodic and Expedited Adverse Drug Reports for various products in Mylan’s portfolio.
