  2. About us... • The Faculty is seated inČačak, a town in the central Serbia, 140 km south of Belgrade; • Technical Faculty Čačak is a higher education institution, founded in 1975; • Technical Faculty is one of 11 constituents of University of Kragujevac.

  3. Technical Faculty 1975 – 2007. • Initially, our institution was established as Pedagogical-Technical Faculty; • Since 1986, the Faculty has been operating under the name of “Technical Faculty”; • Today, Technical Faculty has evolved into one of the most prominentscientific-research institutionsof this part of Serbia.

  4. Education • We educate future engineers, teachers and managers, preparing them for successful future through the application of acquired theoretical knowledge and practical work; • The Faculty includes the following Sections: • Electrical Engineering • Technics and Informatics, and • Industrial Management

  5. Research • 200 scientific-research and developmental-research projects have been realized so far at the Faculty; • Intensive international co-operation with a number of research institutions in the country and abroad; • Over 5,000 scientific and review papers of our teachers and associates have been published

  6. Research • Many scientific conferences have been either organized or co-organized by the Facultysince 1978; • The Faculty publishes two international journals: • Mathematica Moravica • Serbian Journal of Electrical Engieenering • The researches are active participant in several research projects concerning e-learning

  7. Equipment • 4 classrooms with 80 PC • LAN network with 200 PC • Laboratory for Computer science • Laboratory for Information technology

  8. International Projects • Two TEMPUS projects so far; • Two WUS Austria projects; • Four bilateral projects; • TEMPUS JEP - 41016 - 2006 M.Sc. Curriculumin E-LearningGRANT CO-ORDINATOR
