Classroom Standards • Be prepared • Be on time • Clean up after yourselves • Classroom cleaned daily • No tobacco products in class • Smoking in designated area only • Students must not have a temporary or permanent profile except for shaving or corrected hearing • Students may not wear corrective lenses of any type while attending the PRE-AAC.

Classroom Standards Cont… • Only standard military, or appropriate civilian type, glasses with a black (no logo) elastic retainer band are authorized. • Military custom and courtesy, physical fitness and military appearance and bearing are stressed and reinforced throughout the course. • All students will meet the Army appearance and inspection standards. Hair will be maintained IAW AR 670-1. Females will not use metal, plastic pins, or barrettes to secure their hair. Only soft securing devices will be used or a hairnet. • The AAC NCOIC will determine whether any items, haircuts, or other devices are faddish.

  7. Test & PE Standards • Students missing 1 hour of training will be disenrolled from the course. • This is not meant to discourage students from going on sick call or in any way neglecting medical attention. • Sick call hours will be at the end of the duty day. • You must receive a “GO” on all performance-orientated tasks and a minimum of 80% on all written tests. • Failure to meet these standards will result in the student receiving a verbal counseling, which will restate the standards, give the time, place, and instructor to conduct retraining, and a tentative time for retesting. • Students will be allowed one written and hands (1) retest. • Failure to pass retest of a written or PE portions of any instruction will result in counseling by the course OIC or NCOIC and will not receive a graduation certificate. • However, students will continue to train (KNOWLEDGE IS POWER)

Course Ethics • All soldiers will conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. • All post regulations will be obeyed. • Interaction with other agencies using the post is strictly forbidden and students are subject to disciplinary action for infractions of this rule. • Students must attend all training. Students will be allowed one (1) retest. • Cheating/dishonesty of any kind will not be tolerated. (subject to immediate dismissal) • Drugs, alcoholic beverages and nutritional supplements are forbidden. • Hydration is key during the course. Failing to meet these expectations will get you dropped from the course for safety. • Safety is everyone’s concern. Safety, while training, will include wearing the kevlar helmet. Be aware of heat/cold injuries to yourself and others. When in doubt, take all commands from the instructors.

  9. SAFETY • Anybody can stop an unsafe act • Everybody is a safety officer • Risk Assessments • Drink water • Sick call will be conducted at COB daily • Classroom evacuation plan • Leave animals alone • Take all orders from the Cadre This is the last Soldier who did not listen to the cadre
