  3. Select Certificate from Harddisk Or Certificate from Usb Select Form 16 or Any other Document

  4. Click – Sign Document Select .PFX or USB Dongle Sign

  5. PDF document Signed In ONE Click Click Here Document Signed

  6. Form 16 – Digitally Signed

  7. PDF document Signed In ONE Click Digitally Signed

  8. Options – Send email & Merge PDF email & merge Pdf

  9. Option – email To send signed forms on email provided you are using our Easy pay s/w or Easy pay web or Easy TDS EnterpriseA text file is generated when Sensys Dsign is connected to the respective s/w

  10. Option –Merge PDF To merge form 16 Part A from Traces & Form 16 Part B from other s/w or Sensys Easy Pay / Web Pay or Easy TDS into a single PDF

  11. Option -Merge PDF Browse the Folder where you have saved form 16 part A , form 16 Part B & provide a Destination location where you want the merged file to be saved
