  4. Guam Sustainment Projects • UNZ VOR Antenna System • Completed • Replaced antenna system • Upgraded Grounding System • Upgraded ventilation system for antenna pit to meet OSHA requirements • Replaced Radio Frequency Feed Cables

  5. Guam Sustainment Projects • UNZ VOR Building • -Upgrade grounding system • -Repair soffits • -Clean and paint exterior • -Reseal and reapply elastomeric compound to the roof surface

Guam Future Activities • Guam 06L/24R Localizer, Glide Slope, MALSR, and PAPI Systems • MALSR Commissioning • Localizer and Glide Slope Shelter Installation FY2012 • Electronic Equipment and Visual Aids Installation FY2013 • Macajna VORTAC Property Lease Agreement with Chamorro Land Trust/Government of Guam • Lease Expired September 13, 2010 • Currently operating on a 6 month extension
