NSO Seat Release Process • Before Fall Registration Starts for Continuing Students • Decrease max enrollment on classes • Add Note indicating additional seats will be reserved for First Year students • Set up Reserve Capacities for Transfer students if applicable • Before first NSO Session on June 4th • Add Reserve Capacity to course level to restrict classes • Uncheck the auto to enroll from waitlist button • Waitlists will be suspended until early August

NSO Seat Release Actions • Registration for incoming students happens on the second day of orientation • Seats are released three times throughout the registration day • Crosslisted combined totals have to be updated • The Scheduling team is also responsible for releasing seats for the First Year Seminar classes Please, do not change the max enrollments or override students into these classes! If you have questions, please ask the Scheduling Team!
